Job Description
Our client are seeking a compensation and benefits specialist with experience from either oil and gas, chemical/petrochemical sector. The role will include areas such as preparation of salary surveys, providing advice to managers and employees on C&B, and generally ensuring correct administration of the scheme.
Skills
To be suitable for this role you will need to have at least 6 years of HR experience including at least 3 within compensation and benefits.
You will be educated to degree level and/or hold relevant HR qualifications and have knowledge of Hay Evaluation System.
