Our client, a real estate investment company, are looking for a Regional Sales Director for their offices in Dubai.

As the Regional Sales Director you will be responsible for the introduction of investment and development of professional connections from a regional territory.

You will be required to manage all aspects of the relationship with key accounts defined as investment intermediaries. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in development of investment business for funds preferably in Real Estate. Additionally, the successful candidate will bring significant existing relationships which can be leveraged to support fund raising.

An experienced financial services professional
Significant Fund sales experience
2 years minimum experience
Ability to travel
Must currently reside in the UAE

10 TIPS TO BE A SELLER YOU WANT TO BE








1. Do not be imposing

People do not like tights or over sized sellers. This behavior drives away customers and this is certainly not the goal if we want to sell something. The image of the business of a dealer should be better for hope to be a good seller.

2. Being true

If you do this work, is that you love people and working with the public. So be true. Be sincere and human as well as possible. Do not wear a mask with a false attitude. Customers will realize this and will not want to do business with you.

3. Listening customer needs

Do not just talk for sale . As good seller, must listen to the needs of customers so that they trust. It is important to give them what they really want. Of course, if you paler English and French is an advantage for you.

4. Being well informed

Regardless of the area in which you work as a salesman , you must be well aware of what you are selling. It must be regularly updated and be able to answer all the questions of the customers. If you are not familiar with your products or services, you will lose the trust of your customers.


5. Be quiet.

If you are nervous as a seller, you stresserez your client. We must speak slowly and clearly. Have a good tone of voice, so neither too strong nor too weak. Take time to breathe while you talk and explain your things one at a time.

6. Find the best way to present a product or service

Find interesting concepts to fully bring the product or service to your customer. Find the right way to sell well and all present. Build on the strengths and positive aspects of your product.

7.Provide guarantees Or small gifts

To the extent possible, it is always interesting for a customer to leave with a little more. If you can offer a service or a premium accessory, it will always be nice to the customer. Otherwise, the guarantees are also still popular with buyers.

8. Having confidence

If you do not have confidence in yourself, it will be the same from your customers. Confidence feels. To ensure that customers have enough confidence to buy your products and services, you must be the first to demonstrate that they have reason to believe in you.
