Due to increased recruitment demand and a number of ongoing recruitment projects the company is now looking for a Recruitment Assistant to work closely with the HR Manager in the increased demand of recruitment across all of our depots in the Middle East & India.
Main Duties
• Responsible for advertising positions through online job portals, local press, LinkedIn and any other means necessary
• Screening CV’s, matching them to the job descriptions and creating candidate shortlists
• Making initial contacts with the candidates to gather basic information eg. Reasons for looking for alternative employment, salary expectations etc.
• Arranging telephone and face to face interviews with candidates
• Ensuring all documentation is obtained to check if company is able to obtain valid and legal visas to work
• Be the point of contact for recruitment agencies
• Creation of offer letters, contracts and other documents needed on the recruitment side
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for both current and future vacancies
• General data admin and paperwork management
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have previous experience of candidate sourcing and recruitment
• Should have knowledge and experience of GCC visa requirements
• Confidence to speak with candidates of various levels and nationalities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Computer Literate
