Purpose
Under the supervision of Marketing and Communication Director, and based on strong market
knowledge, create, communicate and deliver value to customers through developing marketing strategies and
plans, in coordination with other departments and through shaping future market offerings.
Responsibilities
CAPTURE MARKETING INSIGHTS
Get to know the marketing environments: macro environment (demographic, economic, technological,
trends, etc.) and microenvironment (customers, competition, consumption trend etc.).
STRATEGIES, PLANS AND EXECUTION
Conduct marketing & communication campaigns on new key product launches and on existing
collections while coordinating with all other departments (Retail, Wholesale, Communication, CRM, VMD,
Merchandising…) and Central Headquarter. Make sure information is properly relayed.
Assist Marketing & Communication Director for strategic plan and market research (where we are, where
we go, who are our customers, who are our competitors and what do they do).
Identify potential long-term opportunities (sources of future growth, forward thinking).
SHAPE THE MARKET OFFERINGS
Sales analysis process: follow-up of business activity by product category and recommend action plans.
Assist Marketing and Communication Director on pricing strategies.
Investigate on the market trends (competitors’ offering, market expectations) to propose new product
opportunities.
Provide insight on quality, design, price, packaging, service, sales technique, etc.

Reinforce customer knowledge: identify customer segmentation & customer targets for new campaigns
together with CRM.
Create the best value for market targets, understanding their behaviour, lifestyle, and purchasing patterns.
ENSURE COMMUNICATION & SALES SUPPORT
Be the key interlocutor and support for boutiques concerning his/her products. Build up relationship with
retail staffs.
Provide support to communication team for press presentations.
Make presentations to partners on specific topics.
Maximize, optimize and participate in any sales channel actions.
BUSINESS PLOT
Make forecasts (BU/LE process, all products including novelties), propose price and launching date.
Insure smooth communication flow on products with Merchandising, Retail and Wholesale by organizing
regular follow-up meetings.
Others
Join any tasks that Marketing and Communication Director require.
Profile
Education
Fifth year college or university certificate
Required experience
5 years of relevant experience
Language abilities
Business fluency in English and French advantageous.
Skill
Strategic – can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and draw credible pictures and
