Job Description
Responsible for leadership and strategic direction, coordinating catering ( hospitality sector / Food & Beverage) activities of the company, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the company.
To safeguard and grow the assets of the organization over the long-term whilst providing strong profits to the company.
Participates in long and short term strategic planning for and is responsible for the day-to-day operations with primary focus on the internal operations of the business.
Responisble for business development function as well as broad experience in product development, operations, engineering, environmental, health & safety management with the ability to utilize these functions effectively toward the achievement of the overall objectives of the Company.
Must have held progressively more challenging positions in the hospitality sector and successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in the development and achievement of strategic objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
A proven background with 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience in senior management role from hospitality sector / large scale Catering / Food & Beverage Multi Unit location within Middle East
Must have negotiated franchise contracts.
Must have development experience in Restaurants.
Be hands on in operations & be development orientated.
Overseen large Food & Beverage / Multi Unit operations.
Be up to date with latest trends and future developments.
Extensive knowledge and experience of working in strong F&B operations environment.
Direct Business Development activities of the organization & drives new sales business of the company
