Job Description
Executing FEED, concept & detailed engineering, equipment selection & calculation such as Generator Sizing, Power Transformer Sizing, NER, CT & VT Sizing Calculation, Cable Sizing Calculations, UPS & Battery Charger Calculation, etc.
Preparation of Hazardous area classification drawings.
Formulating Key Single Line Diagram, Load Lists, Substation Layouts, Cable Trenches / Duct Banks, Layout (Lighting, Earthing, Lightning, etc.) Drawings and Fire Alarm Drawings.
overseeing the preparation of protection and metering one line diagrams up to 33kV and their relay co-ordination charts.
Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
Gathering product specifications & designing and analyzing existing designs using specialized software such as ETAP.
Implementing international standards such as IEC, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE for the equipment selection & sizing.
Preparing specifications, data sheets, material approval requests for equipments and bulk materials.
devising the enquiry packages to different vendors and related technical / commercial discussions.
Executing technical bid evaluation for finalizing the order for electrical equipments.
Executing vendor drawing reviews associated with Power Generators, HV Switchgears, Transformers, LV Switchgears, Motors, etc.
Overseeing installation & commissioning to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities.
Monitoring the commissioning of HV/LV Power Generators, Transformers, Reactors, Switchgears, Motors, VVVF Drive and Cables.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.
Maintain safe and sound work atmosphere at site and comply with all HSE regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience : Minimum 10-15 years
